Idaho Falls man charged with assault on mother
A Christmas Eve disturbance led to felony charges for Charles B. Price, 29, of Idaho Falls.
Idaho Falls Police were called to the 1600 block of Kearney at around 5:25 p.m. Monday.
Officers found Price’s mother. She told police her son held her against her will and attempted to harm her. She ran away to a neighbor’s house to call for help.
Officers listened to Price’s side of the story before arresting him for aggravated assault, false imprisonment, and destruction of a telecommunication device.
