“America’s Got Talent” 2010 finalists organize Idaho Falls talent event

A couple of Idaho Falls sisters who made it to the top in “America’s Got Talent” are organizing a similar event in Idaho Falls. Ali and Christina Christensen won the hearts of the judges and millions of Americans nine years ago.

The girls are both back in Idaho Falls now. Both are married and teaching voice lessons.

They decided it would be fun to organize an “Idaho Falls has got Talent” event starting with auditions January 26.

“We’re looking for every type of talent — not just singers, not just dancers,” Ali Wilde said. “We want you. We want bands. If you have a weird talent we want to see it. That will add to the fun of the night.”

I think this could be an awesome learning experience for people all around east Idaho – get to show their talents to the whole city,” Christina Stutzman said.

The auditions will be this Saturday, January 26 at the Hampton Inn on Lindsay Blvd. in Idaho Falls from 10 am to 3 pm. To reserve a time, contact Ali at 208-589-9412 or message her through her Facebook page – Ali Wilde.

Semi-finals will be February 11, 12 and the finals February 18 at Taylorview Middle School.
