Snow moving out, quiet Thursday

Some lingering pockets of light snow for this evening and overnight into Thursday morning. Otherwise, we’ll look for partly cloudy skies with highs into upper 20’s and lower 30’s. A second disturbance arrives from the north on Friday, with just a few snow showers near Island Park, Jackson, Driggs, and areas near the Continental Divide. Temperatures are forecast to be near the average for this time of January.

Tonight: A slight chance of snow. Mostly cloudy, with a low into the upper teens. Southwest wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.

Thursday: Partly to mostly cloudy, with a high into the lower 30’s. Slight chance of snow flurries.

Friday: A slight chance of snow for the Snake River Plain with a better chance of snow for the Jackson and Teton region. Highs into the lower 30’s.

Saturday: Partly sunny, with highs into the upper 20’s.
