Electricity outages reported near Pocatello
An estimated 1,231 Idaho Power Company customers are affected by power outages in the Pocatello area since shortly after 2 p.m.
The largest area affects about 896 customers. The utility said a repair crew is on the scene and restoration is expected by 4 p.m.
Another outage near Aberdeen affects 90 customers and power should be restored by 5 p.m.
Three smaller outages are reported at points northwest of Fort Hall to north of Blackfoot. Idaho Power estimates electricity will be restored there between 4 and 4:30 p.m.
