Names and photos of those involved in Friday’s high-speed chase released

Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office has released the names of those who were taken into custody after a high-speed chase on Friday.

Kane Simons, 20, of Pocatello, and Hailey Farmer were taken into custody at the Grand Teton Mall by deputies.

Simons was cited for misdemeanor resisting and obstructing and has been turned over to the Chubbuck Police on a felony warrant for aggravated assault. Farmer was cited for misdemeanor resisting and obstructing and transported to the Bannock County Jail, where she was wanted on a warrant for felony eluding.

Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office said that at the end of the pursuit at Sunnyside Road and I-15 they were able to take the driver of the vehicle, 26-year old Olivia Yokoyama of Bingham County, into custody and book her into the Bonneville County Jail for felony eluding and possession of methamphetamine.

There were two passengers in the car. Jared “Jerome” Cerino, 29, of Bannock County was booked into the Bonneville County Jail for misdemeanor resisting and obstructing, as well as felony warrants for grand theft and probation violation.

The other passenger, 25-year-old Jerel Tillman of Fort Hall, was booked into the Bonneville County Jail for misdemeanor resisting and obstructing and disturbing the peace from actions at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center during a medical clearance prior to booking.

Farmer’s age and address were not available.
