Caption Call brings new jobs to Eastern Idaho

CaptionCall has opened a branch in Idaho Falls they are helping people hear and boost the local economy.

CaptionCall provides free phone captioning services for individuals who are hard-of-hearing.

The company provides a special phone for customers free of charge if they are certified by a doctor or audiologist.

A lot of people mistake CaptionCall as a telemarketing company because they are considered a call service but they are far from.

This is one call company you won’t get annoyed wiith because they will never call you.

Regional Director Tyler Inkley says, “We don’t call anyone we don’t take calls of even talk to customer necessary. What we do is hear one side of a conversation and we repeat word for word what we hear.”

They’re doing a little more than just helping people better communicate, they’re bringing new jobs to Idaho Falls.

About a month ago they held a job fair, and today 59 people were hired today.

Linkly says, “Our first job fair was extremely successful and there has been a lot of interest, but even based off of the people we hired so far, we are going to need at least a couple hundred moreindvidual to help us.”

If you are interested in working here, they will be holding another job fair Tuesday from 9am to 5pm at their new location inside the Curtiss-Wright building at 1350 Whitewater. The only thing you need to bring is yourself.
