Ronald McDonald House Charities first annual Fundraising for Families

Back in December, the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Idaho announced plans to build a new Ronald McDonald Family Room within the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls.

They are now turning to communities help to help them raise the money to build this facility.

To raise the funds to build and operate the RMHC family room of Idaho, they are running the 1st annual Fundraising for Families campaign.

They are taking donations through phone calls, text, and online donations.

Their initial goal is to raise $766,000.

They currently raised $515,000 and now have $250,000 is remaining.

The director of the RMHC says it very important for them to reach their goal.

Warren Maxfield, Director of Programs says, “At the end of the day, it matters to the community because it’s the community coming together to care about others in their community. having their support will make the difference to those families in need.” If you are interested in making a donation, text the amount you’d like to give to 208-721-9077
