2 arrested for armed robbery at Country Corner

The Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office has arrested and/or will be charging two persons in an armed robbery that occurred Saturday at the Country Corner Store located at 1st and Ammon Road.

The first subject, 18-year-old Eriberto Hernandez-Figueroa, was found to be in custody in Clark County Jail after he was arrested for an unrelated warrant in Bonneville County on March 4. Hernandez-Figueroa was contacted on March 6 and will be charged Thursday with armed robbery.

The second subject, 18-year-old Adrian Enrique Cortez, was arrested early Thursday morning, and Bonneville County deputies took him into custody at a local bus station in Idaho Falls. He was transported to the Bonneville County Jail and booked for armed robbery and an additional unrelated warrant.
