Two hurt in US 91 crash
Two women were hurt after a crash at around 7 p.m. Tuesday. It happened on US 91 at milepost 84, just north of Chubbuck .
Idaho State Police say a 2003 Honda Civic driven by Andrea Barlow, 68, of Pocatello was waiting for oncoming traffic before making a left turn.
Her car was struck from behind by a 2016 Toyota Corolla driven by Julia Cruz, 85, of Heyburn .
Both women were transported by ambulance to Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello. The southbound lane of the highway was closed for about an hour while crews worked to clear the crash.
Investigation is continuing.
