Idaho Falls Zoo hosted it’s 29th season clean-up
The Idaho Falls zoo hosted it’s an annual community clean-up day. After winter the zoo has one big lawn to clean-up. Over two hundred local residents got together Saturday to do some springtime cleaning. All day volunteers came to help clean over 7 acres of land. Curator of Education at the Idaho Falls Zoo, Sunny Katseanes said, “It’s a lot of work. It’s really an awesome time for the community to come in. It is just a wonderful opportunity for us to reach out to the community and for the community to come in help us in preparation for the zoo opening up this spring.” The zoo will be opening for its 29th season Saturday, April thirteenth at 9am after that, they will be open daily.
