Monster Trucks return to Holt Arena this weekend

Holt Arena will be roaring with monster trucks again on Saturday.

The No Limits Monster Truck tour is in Pocatello for the Grand National Championship.

Dirt and car frames were brought this week into the arena for the trucks to smash and jump over.

Event organizers say everything has been transformed for a massively powerful event.

Not only will you see the legendary Big Foot monster truck and others battle it out for the top prize, but there will be a good old smash ’em Figure 8 Demolition Derby. Kids from ages three to seven will compete in the Powerwheel races.
And a special attraction has been added. Two 30-foot high rocket shooting transformers will do battle in the area.

Tickets are available at the Holt Arena Box Office, online HERE and also at Vickers Western Wear Stores – Pocatello and Idaho Falls.

Doors open at 5 p.m. Saturday night and trucks crank at 7 p.m.

A suggestion from those who attend, you may want to bring earplugs for you and the kids.
