Fremont school board considers property sale

The Fremont School Board is considering awarding a bid to purchase the Lincoln Elementary School property.

The property was appraised at $262,400. The board rejected all bids during its first offering.

As of Friday, three bids had been submitted. The high bid was submitted by Randy Daw.

The school board must now convene a special meeting to either accept or reject the bid.
