Amber Alert canceled for 5-year-old missing boy in Spokane

UPDATE 3:00 p.m. The Washington State Patrol has canceled an Amber Alert issued Tuesday morning for Ethan Robertson.

The suspect, vehicle and child have all been located.

Police in Spokane, Washington have issued an Amber Alert for a five-year-old child last seen in the Spokane Valley and believed to be in danger.

The boy, identified as Ethan Robertson, is a white male with brown hair and eyes, about 30 pounds and last seen wearing blue pajamas and an orange Nike tee-shirt.

The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a suspect identified as Justin Robertson, 41. He is described as a while male, 5’9″ tall, 205 pounds, with a goatee and beard. He was last seen wearing a green Adidas Tee-shirt and black Adidas shorts.

He was driving a red 2014 Subaru Legacy. It has Washington license plate APN2450.

According to Spokane authorities, Robertson is an estranged husband who broke into a residence at around 5 a.m. Tuesday, stabbed the wife and took the child, then left the home in an unknown direction. He is believed to have access to weapons and relatives in Idaho and Washington.

Anyone who may have seen him should contact local law enforcement.
