EISF announces 2019 headliners

The Eastern Idaho State Fair headliners for 2019 were announced Tuesday.

The 2019 theme is “Taste the Fun.”

“Part of the magic of the fair is the great people of Eastern Idaho. We bring in people from five other states usually every year who come to our fair because they say it’s rich in tradition, that tradition is here this year, great free entertainment and awesome grand entertainment, we hope to see everybody, everybody at least once at the Eastern Idaho State Fair,” said Eastern Idaho State Fair board member, Brandon Bird.

Opening on Friday, August 30 is Brett Young. Tickets go on sale for VIP members at 1 p.m. Tuesday. You can get tickets HERE.

On Thursday, Sept. 5, the Offspring will be performing, and on Friday, Sept. 6 Gabriel Iglesias will be performing.

“‘I’m sure that we’re going to have a big year at the fair and people are going to be very pleased with those great acts,” said Bird.

Last year, nearly 250,000 people attended, they’re hoping these big names will help them surpass that number.
