New platform allowing customers to manage their water bill
A new software program is helping people manage their water bill. The City of Pocatello recently introduced WaterSmart.
The site allows customers to view their water consumption over the past two years. It provides graphs and pie charts representing how many gallons of water is used per day, making it easier for customers to manage their water bill. The city hopes this new system will help people conserve water.
“What it’s going to do is allow our customers to receive the same information that they’re receiving except in a better format,” said Cindy Robbins, utility billing director.
