Rexburg art program wins grant

A Rexburg summer program has received a $7,000 grant from the Idaho Commission on the Arts. The grants will support the Rexburg Cultural Arts Department’s Youth Lion King Jr. Day-Camp.

The program has served over 60 local youth. “This funding allowed us to start this new summer program for the youth in our community. We are grateful to the Idaho Commission on the Arts for their support,” says Jackie Rawlins, Cultural Arts Director for the City of Rexburg.

The Teton Storytelling & Art Festival will be held on Center Street and the Romance Theater on August 9 – August 11, 2019.
