Breezy and hot for Thursday
A weak disturbance from the northwest, will push in a few thunderstorms for Thursday afternoon and evening. We’ll see the winds begin to pick up for the afternoon and evening hours with hot temps for the highs. Friday, slightly cooler air works down, dropping our daytime highs into the mid 80’s.
Thursday: A slight chance of thunderstorms, with highs close to 90 for the Snake River Plain. SW winds 15-30 mph. Most of the thunderstorms will favor the Central mountains, Snake Highlands, and Upper Valley.
Friday – Highs in the mid 80’s, breezy, with SW winds 15-35 mph.
Saturday: Mainly sunny, Highs into the mid to upper 80’s.
Sunday: Mainly sunny with highs into the lower 90’s.
