Victim actors needed for CERT classes

You can be a victim this weekend in Sugar City and help make our community safer.

Volunteer actors are needed for the latest “Community Emergency Response Team” drill.

The program educates neighbors about fire safety, light search and rescue and disaster medical operations.

They also need people to help apply wound makeup to make the simulation more realistic.

The drill runs from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday at the Grey LDS Church on Park Ave.

Victims and volunteers are also still needed for these four final drills:

Sat. Sept 21, 2019 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. in Driggs Sat. Oct 19, 2019 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. in Sugar City Sat. Nov. 9, 2019 in Ammon Sat. Jan 25, 2020 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. in Teton
