4 Idaho Falls officers awarded promotions

Four Idaho Falls Police Officers were honored during a recent promotion ceremony.

Now Captain Jeremy Galbraith was named to lead the Professional Standards of Logistics Bureau. He has been with the IFPD since 1998, serving as a Patrol Officer, Neighborhood Police Officer, Detective, Polygraphist, Patrol Sergeant, and Professional Standards and Logistics Lieutenant. Galbraith recently graduated from the Northwestern School of Police Staff and Command.

Jessica Marley was named as Lieutenant in the Patrol Bureau. She is the first female Lieutenant in the Idaho Falls Police Department. Marley has been with the police department since 2001, serving as a Patrol Officer, Detective, Neighborhood Police Officer, and Patrol Sergeant. She served on the SWAT team for 9 years. She has a degree from ISU and Masters of Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University.

Craig Morgan was promoted to the rank of Sergeant. He has served Idaho Falls since 2000 as a Patrol officer, a member of the SWAT team, and as a field training officer.

And Malin Reynolds was promoted to Sergeant in the Patrol Bureau. He has been a department officer since 1993. Over the past 23 years, he served as a Patrol Officer, member of the SWAT team specializing as a Grenadier for 19 years, and as a field training officer for over 20 years.
