Utah Army National Guard soldiers returning from Afghanistan

Dozens of Utah Army National Guard soldiers are returning from duty in Afghanistan.

The Guard says nearly 60 soldiers of the 4th Infantry Division’s main operating command post operational detachment are returning to Utah this month, including five arriving Tuesday evening at Salt Lake City International Airport.

The soldiers are returning after post-deployment processing at Fort Carson in Colorado, where the 4th Infantry Division is based.
