A few mountain showers for Friday night and Saturday

Winds pick up for Friday as a storm system swings in from the north. There will be a few showers for Central Idaho, Island Park, Yellowstone, Jackson and Teton County ID. For the rest of the region, including the Snake River Plain, we’ll look to stay rather dry and windy. Cooler temps on Saturday and Sunday, with highs into the upper 40’s and lower 50’s.

Friday: Partly sunny, with a high into the upper 50’s and lower 60’s. Friday night, A slight chance of rain after 11pm, mixing with snow after 2am. Mostly cloudy, with a low into the upper 20’s. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Saturday: Chance of showers for some our mountain locations. Otherwise partly cloudy with gusty winds. Highs into the upper 40’s and lower 50’s.

Sunday: Partly cloudy with highs into the upper 40’s.

Monday: Mostly cloudy with highs into the lower 50’s.
