In November 2014, a little orange and white ball named BB-8 rolled across the screen in the first "The Force Awakens" trailer, the next generation of plucky droids in the Star Wars universe.

Without giving away any spoilers, the local chapter of the 501st Legion stopped by the Local News 8 studio to preview Thursday night's premiere of the latest and supposed final film in the "Star Wars" saga.
