PARKVILLE, Maryland (WBAL) — “It’s a beautiful day to be in our class, a beautiful day for our students. Would you be mine?”
Justin Pugh, who teaches third grade at Pine Grove Elementary School in Baltimore County, begins and ends the school day with an awesome rendition of the Mr. Rogers theme (videos below).
“It’s a neighborly day at our school, a neighborly day for stayin’ cool. Would you be mine?”
He’s among the teachers ready to welcome back some students into the classroom.
“I am SO excited to see some of my students in person! Although I will only be seeing about half of students, it will be nice to get back into the classroom,” Pugh told 11 News.
“Would you be mine? Would you be mine? Won’t you be my students?”
