Skyline Girls Basketball uses second half surge to advance to 4A District 6 championship

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - The Skyline Grizzlies are heading to the 4A district 6 championship thanks to a 55-47 victory at home Tuesday night against the Bonneville Bees.

Bonneville held the 26-21 halftime advantage, but Skyline stormed back in the second half to win by eight points.

This win guarantees Skyline will need just one more win to make the state tournament, whether that comes in the district title game or the state play-in game.

Next up, the district 6 championship between the Grizz and Blackfoot is Wednesday night at 7:00 p.m. in Blackfoot.
