Blackfoot man arrested for alleged sexual exploitation of a child

BLACKFOOT, Idaho (KIFI) – Attorney General Lawrence Wasden announced investigators with his Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested a Blackfoot man on Wednesday for alleged sexual exploitation of a minor.

38-year-old Joseph D. Hornof was booked into the Bingham County Jail. He is alleged to have possessed sexually exploitative material.

The Blackfoot Police Department, Bingham County Sheriff’s Office, United States Postal Inspection Service, Homeland Security Investigations and Bingham County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office assisted the ICAC Unit with the arrest.
