Bryan Kohberger hearing delayed by a month

MOSCOW, Idaho (KIFI) - A hearing in the Bryan Kohberger murder case that was set for Friday is being delayed.

Kohberger is charged in the deadly stabbings of four University of Idaho students last year.

In August, his attorney's filed a motion to get his indictment dismissed.

A hearing was set for Friday.

Court records filed Thursday show it has now been delayed for a month.

Kohberger's attorneys filed the motion on the grounds of a biased grand jury, inadmissible evidence, lack of sufficient evidence and prosecutorial misconduct by withholding exculpatory evidence.

Kohberger could face the death penalty if convicted.
