Jeremy Best preliminary hearing vacated, proceedings suspended

VICTOR, Idaho (KIFI) - 48-year-old Jeremy Albert Best is charged with two counts of murder in the first degree in Teton County.

The preliminary hearing scheduled for Monday, Dec. 18 has been vacated by order of the court and proceedings in this case are suspended until a capacity determination is made pursuant to I.C. §§ 18-210 et seq.
