Officials identify contractor who died after falling off roof

POCATELLO, Idaho (KIFI) - Condolences are being offered by the Bannock County Coroner's Office.

The contractor who fell off a roof along Moonlight Mine Road east of Pocatello Tuesday has died.

He was identified as 52-year old Juan Sanchez of Shelley.

The incident was deemed an accident, and his family has been notified.

Coroner Torey Sanner said, “My heart breaks for Juan’s family and all of those who cared for him. I’m truly sorry for their loss.”
