Jobs in trades and manufacturing will be offered at CWI Career Fair June 20

NAMPA, Idaho (KIFI) - Many job opportunities will be available at the College of Western Idaho (CWI) Trades and Manufacturing Career Fair, Tuesday, June 20 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Micron Educational Center located at 5725 E. Franklin Road.

Job seekers can expect to meet representatives from Amalgamated Sugar, Caldwell Transportation Company, CS Beef Packers, Guerdon LLC, The Stow Company, Western States Equipment and more.

Some employers will interview applicants on site, and attendees are encouraged to bring resumes.

Maximize Your Job Search Workbook is a free online resource with tips on writing resumes, filling out applications, interviewing techniques and more. 

Idaho Department of Labor staff and other state agencies will be available to discuss funding for training and education opportunities. 

CWI staff will be available to provide advice, admissions and financial aid information for current and potential students.
