1 hospitalized after 2 vehicle crash in Fort Hall

FORT HALL, Idaho (KIFI) - Idaho State Police are investigating a two-vehicle collision that occurred at 12:20 a.m. on Sunday, June 19, 2023, on US-91 near 5th St. in Fort Hall, in Bingham County.

According to police, a 34-year-old Pocatello man was driving a Dodge Ram southbound on US-91, and a 40-year-old Hurricane, Utah man was driving a Ford Mustang eastbound on 5th St. The Mustang failed to yield to traffic into the southbound lane of US-91 and was struck by the Dodge Ram.

The driver of the Mustang was transported via ground ambulance to a local hospital. He was not wearing a seat belt.

The roadway was blocked for approximately one hour.

The incident remains under investigation by Idaho State Police.
