BEAR LAKE COUNTY, Idaho (KIFI) - On Tuesday at approximately 1:30 p.m., the Bear Lake County Sheriff's Office reports Bear Lake High School received a call of a reported threat in the building.

The sheriff's office was notified and searched the reported area and found no credible evidence the threat was valid.

Police believe it is a part of a series of prank phone calls that other schools in the country have received.

Bear Lake High School and the Bear Lake Sheriff's Office continue to work collaboratively to ensure the safety of all students and staff.
