Afraid of Bear reaches plea agreement, sentencing scheduled
BANNOCK COUNTY, Idaho (KIFI/KIDK) - Samiir Afraid of Bear has entered into a plea agreement with the Bannock County Prosecutor.
Afraid of Bear previously entered a not guilty plea on charges for burglary.
After entering the plea agreement, he was charged with grand theft.
His sentencing has been scheduled for Feb.10, 2020 before Judge Stephen S. Dunn.
