The crash happened at about 7:50 a.m. near the intersection of E 1400 North and N 735 East in Bingham County.

Troopers said a 44-year-old man was walking west on 1400 North while leading a horse when he was struck by a 2022 Toyota Camry driven by a 33-year-old Shelley man.
