SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — President Joe Biden is raising campaign cash in San Francisco while seven GOP Republican presidential hopefuls will share a debate stage down the coast in Simi Valley on Wednesday night. Biden isn’t paying them much attention because he’s already zeroing in on Donald Trump, the GOP front-runner who won’t be on the stage. Biden has been increasingly calling out Trump by name and referring to him as his “likely opponent” for 2024. Biden is signaling a likely rematch with Trump from four years earlier. And the Democratic incumbent is warning about what he sees as major dangers to the nation if he’s not reelected.
