3 things to know this morning – November 7, 2023

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - Here's what you should know to start your Tuesday.

1. Today is Election Day. City elections have a great impact on a voters' day-to-day lives. Polls are open today from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 

2. The existing roadblock in the upcoming Republican Presidential Caucus in Idaho Falls has seemingly been resolved. Idaho Falls School District 91 released a statement yesterday saying their buildings can be used for political caucuses. They say buildings can be used by political parties as long as the parties rent the buildings, provide liability insurance, and follow all district protocols related to building usage

3. Madison Memorial Hospital is responding after a cyber attack that happened over the weekend. They were able to contain the threat quickly. At this point, they are not seeing any signs of patient information, electronic health records, or financial information being compromised. All Madison-Health locations are running as normal.
