3 things to know this morning – November 30, 2023

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - Here's what you should know to start your Thursday.

1. Chad Daybell's murder trial will be broadcast next spring. Judge Steven Boyce made the decision during yesterday's court hearing. Boyce will make a written decision about moving the trial from Ada to Fremont County on a later date. Chad Daybell's trial is scheduled for April 1st.

2. A new Career and Technical Education Center is on the horizon for a local school district. It is thanks to a $5.3 million grant, giving students at Rigby High School a much larger space to prepare for the next stage in their lives. The 30,000 square foot building will be located in a field just south of the high school.

3. Volunteers at the Blackfoot Animal Shelter say some of their dogs only have until Saturday before they are euthanized. Right now, the shelter has over 46 dogs and more coming in every day. The shelter claims the increase in animals is due to impulse buying and unethical breeding.
