3 things to know this morning – December 19, 2023

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - Here's what you should know to start your Tuesday.

1. The Bingham County Sheriff's Office is pausing its efforts in the search for missing teen, Jayden Jensen, due to icy conditions. They plan to strategically resume its search in the Spring as conditions allow.

2. The case of Bryan Kohberger will continue after a district judge denied a request to dismiss a grand jury indictment. No trial date is set.

3. A local Republican committee made a decision on three lawmakers that they say violated the Republican Party platform. A special investigative committee for Legislative District 32 voted to censure State Representative Stephanie Mickelsen. Representative Wendy Horman and Senator Kevin Cook received a “resolution of guidance.”
