Teton Pass scheduled closure Nov. 13

JACKSON, Wyo. (KIFI) - The Wyoming Department of Transportation has scheduled a closure of Teton Pass for Monday, Nov. 13 at 10:00 a.m.

This closure is expected to last two hours.

The purpose of this closure is to test winter safety infrastructure where visual confirmation is necessary to ensure proper operation.

There will be no parking along WY 22 between the State Line closure gate at MP 17 and the Wilson Wyo. closure gate at MP 7 will be strictly enforced starting at 10 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 12.

Highway travelers and backcountry users are advised to plan accordingly.
