Northern South Park hearing date moved up

JACKSON, Wyo. (KIFI) – During a regularly scheduled voucher meeting on Monday, the Teton County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) voted to move up the hearing date for review of the proposed land development regulations for Northern South Park.

A public hearing before the Teton County BCC of the Northern South Park draft regulations was originally noticed for Jan. 2 and postponed to March 5, 2023. On Monday, the Board reconsidered the vote and changed the public hearing to Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2024 where the proposed regulations will be presented during the BCC Regular Meeting at 9:00 a.m. in the BCC Chambers located in the Teton County Administration building, 200 S. Willow Street in Jackson.

Northern South Park proposed regulations are currently being heard by the Planning Commission and are expected to conclude in January. The public is invited to review the Northern Southpark draft regulations HERE.
