Election Results: Voters pass District 93’s levies, District 91 recall denied

EAST IDAHO (KIFI) - Bonneville School District 93 officials are showing a sign of relief after voters approved their school levies Tuesday.

Both the $5.8 million supplemental levy and the $2.8 million plant facility levy passed with 69% of the votes. It easily passed the super-majority needed to pass.

Idaho Falls School District 91 trustee for Zone 3 Lara Hill survived a recall election. The vote was close with 374 for recalling Hill and 365 against. But, the recall needed 591 votes in favor of recalling Hill. That was the number of votes she had when she was elected in 2019.

People in Victor denied a bond to build a new city hall. 67% of votes said the $4,184,000 bond was too much.
