Campers prepare for Raising Cane’s opening in Idaho Falls

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI)– With just a day until opening, Raising Cane's is getting ready to open their doors. Campers are lining up to be the first to taste the chicken fingers.

Aiden Foster and Knoxx Summers have been sitting outside the entrance since 7 p.m. Sunday night.

"We just wanted to be number one, so we're like, 'there's no point in taking chances,' we're going to be here," Foster said.

The employees have been enjoying their company, and are looking forward to them trying their food.

"They're excited for chicken fingers. We're excited for them," Joey Nelson, Area Lead of Cane's Restaurants, said.

Cane's hosted their soft launch today, in preparation for Tuesday's big opening.

From 7:30-8:30 a.m., customers will be entered into a raffle, where 20 people will win a year of free food from Cane's.
