Jazz still working on hitting the right notes
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (KIFI/KIDK) - It is still early in the NBA season. In a loaded western conference, Utah Jazz coach Quin Snyder says they are already looking at the standings.
"Every single game, you know, is important. In addition to that, we need to continue to get better."
Utah's bread and butter under Snyder has been defense. The Jazz currently lead the NBA in defensive rating. New point guard Mike Conley that mentality starts with the players.
"We have a lot of smart guys. A lot of guys that take defense very, very seriously. You know the coach is going to get honest with his players. We're going to go in there and figure it out ourselves."
