Townsend scores 22 to lift Oakland over UIC 81-77
CHICAGO (AP) — Trey Townsend had 22 points and Oakland beat Illinois-Chicago 81-77 in a Horizon League opener for both teams. Zion Griffin led the Flames with a career-high 24 points.
