SAINT PAUL, Minn. — Led by Riley Miller’s 19 points, the St. Thomas Tommies defeated the Green Bay Phoenix 82-61 on Tuesday night. The Tommies are now 9-4 on the season, while the Phoenix moved to 2-9.
