JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. — Led by AJ McKee’s 16 points, the Queens Royals defeated the East Tennessee State Buccaneers 78-75 on Wednesday night. The Royals improved to 9-2 with the victory and the Buccaneers fell to 4-7.
