NATIONAL SUMMARY
A storm holding fairly steady off the East coast tomorrow
will continue to provide heavy rain and high surf along a
large portion of the coastline from North and South
Carolina, northward to the southern New England area. Some
coastal flooding is possible as well with strong onshore
winds. An area of low pressure and a cold front will
continue to spread showers along the southern side of the
system in Missouri and Illinois, and snow on the northern
side from northern Iowa into Wisconsin and Michigan.
Scattered showers will also form in the Northwest mountains
with some high-elevation snowfall. Meanwhile, another system
in Canada will lead to rain in the Northwest around
