Winter weather advisories remain in effect today until 5am on Saturday. Travelers will see snow throughout the day and in some areas heavy snow at times.  There will also be blowing and drifting show throughout the region.


Snow likely. Cloudy, with a high near 34. North wind 6 to 8 mph becoming west in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 60%. Total daytime snow accumulation of around an inch possible.


Snow likely, mainly before midnight. Cloudy, with a low around 16. Southwest wind around 14 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.


A 30 percent chance of snow before noon. Cloudy, with a high near 24. Southwest wind around 10 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Mostly cloudy, with a low around 3. Southwest wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.


Mostly sunny, with a high near 27. Northeast wind 3 to 5 mph.
