NATIONAL SUMMARY

Arctic air will continue to plunge southward across the

Central and Eastern states tomorrow. As the frigid air

change over to snow from portions of the southern Plains to

the Tennessee Valley and central Appalachians. Rain may

change to snow at night along the Northeast Interstate-95

corridor. An all rain event is forecast farther south from

central Texas through the Southeast and southern

mid-Atlantic. A few rumbles of thunder are possible along
