Cloudy weekend with isolated showers, warm temperatures continue

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI)- Mostly cloudy skies and slight isolated shower chances will linger for much of the rest of the weekend and into Monday. Breezes will pick up in the afternoon as the warm temperatures continue. Skies should clear up and warm up by midweek.

Sunday's overnight low will be around 57 under mostly cloudy skies. Isolated thunderstorm chances into the evening at 20 percent. Winds in single digit speeds with some gusts potentially reaching 18 mph.

Partly sunny start to Monday with some clouds rolling in by the late afternoon into the evening. The high will be near 89. A 20 percent chance of some afternoon showers and thunderstorms with winds 5 to 11 mph. Gusts could get as high as 24 mph. The overnight low will be around 56.

Tuesday will be sunny with some afternoon breezes. Speeds will be around 5 to 10 mph. Wind gusts could reach up to 20 mph. The low will be around 55 under partly cloudy skies.

The rest of the week should be clear and sunny with high temperatures warming up towards the weekend.
