Mostly dry conditions with isolated thunderstorms only for a few today

TODAY: We will look for a partly cloudy start and end to the day with mostly cloudy conditions present across the region for the late morning and afternoon hours.  Most of us will remain dry throughout the day, but we will look for a chance for isolated thunderstorms across western WY, Island Park, and the extreme Upper Snake River Plain only.  Winds will be slightly breezy across central ID and the Magic Valley between 10-20 mph with light winds for everyone else.  High temperatures decrease a little into the mid to upper 70's.

TOMORROW: Mostly dry conditions continue into the region with a 5-10% chance of receiving a spotty rain shower or thunderstorm.  Partly to mostly cloudy skies are expected.  Winds will be mostly light between 5-10 mph.  High temperatures get into the low to mid 70's.

LONG TERM: Scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will be throughout all of eastern ID and western WY for Thursday and Friday.  Isolated rounds of rain and thunderstorms continue into this next weekend and also the following work week too.  Winds will be breezy between 15-25 mph for the end of the week and slightly breezy between 10-20 mph for this weekend.  High temperatures continue to fall slowly into the upper 60's and lower 70's for Thursday before plummeting to the upper 50's and lower 60's for Friday and Saturday.  High's look to stay in the upper 50's and lower 60's heading into the following work week.
